• Audit input: the URL, company name, industry, target customer, competitors, and primary goal you submit.
• Crawled content: titles, headings, visible text, links, and JSON-LD blocks fetched from the URL you submit and from competitors you list.
• Email addresses you provide via the audit form or the lead capture form on the report pages.
• Operational metadata: a hashed form of the request IP address (SHA-256 with a salt), user-agent string, and timestamps, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP.
• Payment metadata via Stripe (customer email, Stripe session and payment IDs). Full card data is held by Stripe, not us.

Audits, reports, and leads are retained while your account exists, and for a reasonable operational period afterwards. You may request deletion via the contact link.

You can request access to or deletion of your stored audit records, leads, and email. We will respond within a reasonable period. We do not sell personal data.

We use a minimal set of cookies (e.g. for an authenticated admin session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies in v0.4.
